+ How do I move my text left or right?
- You can add a space(s) before and/or after your text using the space bar on your keyboard when entering your desired text into a text field.
+ How do I delete a text field from my Can Cooler Design?
- If you do not want to include a certain text field on your design, simply leave this text field blank/empty.
- For example, if you do not want the "Wedding Location" to show on your design you would leave this field blank. Your design will appear exactly how you type it in the fields. You can click the "View Design" button to preview how your design will look.
+ How do I make my Text Smaller?
- Making the appearance of your text in any given text field smaller can be done by adding equal amounts of space before and after the text. You can use the space bar on your keyboard to add these spaces.
- For Example, if you would like the name "Kim" to be smaller in size, you can add a space before and after the name "Kim".
- Please note that we do have a maximum character limit, as well as we minimum text size. If you exceed any of these limits, you will receive an error message.
+ How do I make my Text Larger?
- Due to how the text conforms to fit within the available text area, we currently do not have the ability for you to make your text larger. If you would like your text to be larger please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design to make it work for you and send you a proof to approve.
+ What can I do if my Text is Overlapping the design or another Text Field?
- You can try to make your text in all capital letters, or you can try to add spaces before and/or after your text to move the text to the right or left so the overlapping does not occur. If you still can not get the design that you love, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design to make it work for you and send you a proof to approve..
+ What do I do if I want my names switched? (For example, I would like the Groom Name first and the Bride Name second.)
- If you would like the bride and groom names switched, you can simply type the names in the order you would like them to appear. For example, you can type the Groom's Name in the "Bride's Name" field or vice versa
+ How can I change a text field or Add and Additional Text Field?
- You can not change and/or add any additional text fields at this time, however, you can input different text than we have labeled. For example, you can enter your "Wedding Location" into a field that is labeled "Wedding Date".
+ What do I do if my names do not fit into the design or they size down too small?
- If possible, you can try a shorter version of your name or a nickname. For example, "Kimberly" could be shortened to "Kim" If you do not want to shorten your names or can not get the design to work with your names, click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design to make it work for you and send you a proof to approve.
- Please note that your credit card is not charged until after you approve your proof and the order goes into production.
