Customizing a design FAQ

How do I move my text left or right?

Simply add a space(s) before and/or after your text by using the space bar on your keyboard when entering information into a field for your names, wedding date or whatever you choose.

How do I delete a text field from my design?

If you do not want a certain text field in your design, simply leave it blank.

Your design will appear exactly how you type it in the fields. You can click the "Preview" button to view how your design will look after you type it.

How do I make my text smaller?

You can make your text smaller in any field by adding equal amounts of space before and after your text. Use the space bar on your keyboard to add spaces.

For example, if you would like the name "Kim" to be smaller in size, simply add a space before and after "Kim."

Please note that we have a maximum character limit and minimum text size. If you exceed any of these limits, you will receive an error message.

How do I make my text larger?

Because your text conforms to fit within the available text area, you cannot make your text larger with our design tool. If you would like your text to be larger, please indicate this in the “Additional Instructions” box and one of our talented graphic designers will make the adjustment and send you a proof to approve.

What can I do if my text is overlapping the design or another text field?

Try changing your text to all capital letters, or add spaces before and/or after your text to move it right or left. If you still cannot get the design you love, please explain the issue in the “Additional Instructions” box and one of our graphic designers will adjust it for you and send you a proof to approve.

What can I do if I want our names or other text switched in two of your text fields?

If you would like to switch the information requested in the text fields for your custom wedding products, simply type the names or preferred text where you want it to appear.

How can I change a text field or add an additional text field?

You cannot change and/or add an additional text field to our design templates at this time. However, you can type in different text than what is requested in certain fields.

What can I do if my names do not fit in the design or they look too small?

If possible, try a shorter version of your name or use a nickname. For example, "Kimberly" could be shortened to "Kim" if you are comfortable with that. If you do not want to shorten your names or cannot get the design to work with your names, state the issue in the “Additional Instructions” box and one of our graphic artists will make the adjustment and send you a proof to approve.

Can I order multiple colors in the same order?

You may order up to four can cooler colors per order on some of our 1-color imprint can coolers. The number of colors available for your order will be shown in Step 2 of the ordering process.

Can I order a design that I found on another website?

Due to copyright issues, we cannot copy an exact design from another website. You can submit a similar image, or describe what you are looking for, and we will use it as inspiration to create a design just for you. Our graphic artists will prepare a custom design at no additional charge and you are under no obligation to order until you have a design you love!

Are the colors that I see a true representation of what I will recieve?

Each computer monitor is calibrated differently so it may not appear as an exact match to the product. If you are trying to match a specific color for your wedding, we recommend that you request a sample before placing your order.

How do I design my wedding can coolers?

First, choose a product, the quantity and desired production time. Next, insert your zip code and select a shipping method before choosing a product color and imprint color. You may then choose to customize your can coolers with a design from our artwork gallery, or just email your artwork to us at a later time. If you wish, you can describe to us your design idea in the "Special Artwork Instruction" box and one of our graphic designers will help you create it. Please send artwork files in EPS, AI and PDF vector formats. We can sometimes accept JPG and PNG files; if you are sending a raster format (JPG and PNG), please send the highest resolution possible if vector is not available.

Can I make changes to a design template?

Yes! Every product is made to order so we can make adjustments to the designs as needed, at no additional charge. If you would like to make a small change to a design template, just specify the change you would like to make in the “Add Special Request” section on the cart page when you go to checkout. You will be emailed a virtual design proof after email for you to approve before the items are printed.
